Good To Know

It doesn't matter if this is your first time attending W7s or if you have attended everyone so far because Woody is always looking to improve and tweak things.
With this in mind we thought that an easy guide, with the most asked questions answered and information around some of the changes, may help you.

Electricity
Please remind your touring party that the campsite has no electric and therefore torches and power banks would be great additions to their packing lists.

Parking
This has been somewhat problematic over the years and we would therefore be very grateful if you could remind your touring party that no cars will be allowed on to the campsite to unload. All cars will be allocated a car park on arrival and we ask that all cars, towing caravans, must return to their designated car parks once they have unhitched. We have allocated an area for Blue Badge holders, these will need to purchase a Blue Badge car parking pass and have with them their Blue Badge to also display or they will be placed in one of the two main car parks.

Rubbish
We need your help to keep the site clean and this can be done by using the bins around the pitches and food area. To make it easier for you to keep your camping area clean we will have team members at the skip area, between 07:00-08:00, 13:00-14:00 and 19:00-20:00, where you can drop off your bagged rubbish and collect new bags too.
Please leave your campsite clean and clear from rubbish.

Parking
In order to keep everyone as safe as possible we restrict the vehicle movement to the top half of the site. You will be allocated a car park on arrival and you are asked to return to that car park if you head off site at any point. Vehicles found not parked correctly will be asked to be moved, failure to do may result in you being asked to leave the site.

Who Are We Playing?
There is no way for us to know how strong a side is from the south west against a side from the north east, so we place you in pools with sides that you wouldn't normally face due to distance. With this information we try to create semi-finals and finals that put sides of similar ability together. So we ask that you take each game with good spirit and help to allow everyone to enjoy it, no matter the final score.

What's Music Bingo?
Music bingo is like bingo but with more music, singing, dancing and laughs. Each square on your ticket will have a song title and artist, the DJ will play the songs and you just have to tick them off. HOWEVER there will be additional prizes for those who sing along, get up and dance and who have the most fun.

Full House = Signed 2014 WRWC Shirt, Framed with a Photo of the winner and Kat as well as a photo of the winner and Laura (Who both won the 2014 WRWC)*

World Cup Winners
Woody wants to provide your players, and the rest of your touring party, a chance to make memories and one way of doing this is by inviting special guest. This year Woody has invited two of the 2014 World Cup winning Red Roses squad. There will be opportunities to have Q&As with them on Saturday, at 12:00 and Sunday at 11:00 inside Woody's clubhouse.
