Thank you for considering Woody's 7s as an option for your club. Woody's 7s is run by Woodland Sports Group Ltd, who are registered in England and Wales under company number 13496043. Our registered office is 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX. For the sake of ease we will refer to ourselves as Woody's 7s in our terms and conditions blow.
Intellectual Property
All rights including copyright and database rights, in the website and its contents are owned by or licensed to Woody's 7s, or otherwise used by Woody's 7s as permitted by applicable law or the copyright holder. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast or transmit any text, images, graphic, logo, button, icon or underlying source code for any purpose without written permission from Woody's 7s. Woody's 7s are the owner of all trade marks including names, images, logos, registered or unregistered designs, copyrights and any other intellectual property which appear on our site. Woody's 7s do not give permission for their use by any person other than the holders. Any such use may constitute an infringement of the holder’s rights. Photographs and images taken during the event are the property of Woody's 7s and may be used for promotional purposes. Images may not be used without the permission of Woody's 7s.
Our Rights
We reserve the right to amend both our terms and conditions and privacy policy without prior notice and to whatever extent is deemed suitable by us. It is your responsibility to regularly check whether the terms and conditions have been changed. The operation of our site and the purchase of Products are governed by English law. Any dispute arising from, or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the nonexclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Your order constitutes an offer to buy a product from our site. All orders are subject to acceptance by us; this is confirmed by receipt of an email from Team@Woodys7s.co.uk. The contract between us will only be formed when we send you this confirmation email. Proof of sending shall be deemed sufficient proof the contract has formed.
Admission Conditions
The management of Woody's 7s and the security staff on our behalf retain the right of admission.
Every side entered MUST have a nominated First Aider and Team Manager. They will be required to work with the tour leader to make sure that everyone within their group is looked after and adheres to the rules set out for our event. If anyone within the group does not abide by these rules and expectations then a member of the Woody's 7s team may ask the side to leave the site.
Woody's 7s operates a Challenge 25 Policy. If you look under 25, you will be required to prove that you are over 18. Even though your event wristband is colour coded, to identify between adults and children, please ensure that you have valid photo ID if you wish to purchase alcohol or other age restricted products.
You MUST keep your wristband on at all times. Anyone without a wristband will be removed from the site or asked to purchase a new one at full value. If your wristband is removed or tampered with it will be void and access to the site will be refused.
You are not permitted bring the following items on to the festival site in any circumstances. Items found will be confiscated and will see you break the terms and conditions of your booking.
- Alcohol
- Generators
- Camping gas canisters or barbecues - This includes electrical barbecues and heaters
- Nitrous oxide and associated equipment
- Smoke canisters
- Fireworks, flares or any other pyrotechnics
- Chinese lanterns
- Paint spray cans
- Laser equipment
- Klaxons, air horns, megaphones or other items capable of making loud noise
- Any animals (with the exception of assistance dogs) are not permitted to stay on site for the weekend
- Unauthorised professional photography, film or video equipment
- Drones
All vehicles and bags will be subject to a search at the event entrance, and at any time during the event, and prohibited items will be removed and only returned after the event has finished.
Safeguarding
It is the responsibility of the tour leader to make sure that everyone within their touring group is safeguarded, the RFU's safeguarding guide and checklist should have been completed as part of their CB's touring policy.
Risk assessments should have been completed as part of the tour leaders requirements to tour. This should include consideration of the following:-
Camping areas
- Access points and clear walk ways within the marked out area for each side or club.
- Spacing between tents.
- Waste management.
- Location of tents, making sure children know where the responsible adults can be found.
Consumption of Alcohol
- If adults are to consume alcohol then the RFU advises tour leaders to make sure that one or two people would be able drive in an emergency.
- Anyone under 18 is not allowed to buy alcohol or drink alcohol whilst on site. It is an offence for a person to buy alcohol for someone under 18 years of age.
Medical Requirements
- All sides are required to have a first aider, this will give your touring party several first aiders.
- First aiders and paramedics will be provided during all games, their location can be located via the site map which can be found using the QR code from your wristband.
Price and Payment
Any tickets bought by anyone other than a tour leader or club/side lead will not be refunded and entry will not be granted.
The side entry ticket needs purchasing to secure your sides place but players and supporters tickets can be bought up to Friday 8th March 2024. This allows you to confirm final numbers closer to the time, also giving you time to collect in the funds throughout the season.
Payment must be paid within 24 hours of completing your order form to be eligible for the current price.
In the case of an obvious error, we are under no obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect price, even after the Contract between us has been formed, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as an error.
All purchases are only secured once full payment has been made* and therefore Woody's 7s reserve the right to cancel any entry that has not been paid by the closing date of Friday 1st March 2024, without refund.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
All tickets sold via the website, directly or via one of our ticketing partners cannot be cancelled/transferred once booking is confirmed. Payment made and are non-refundable after the point of sale.
Any purchase from this site confirms acceptance of these terms.
Core Values
We are proud of the core values within our sport, Teamwork, Respect, Enjoyment, Discipline and Sportsmanship and any side in breach of them may be asked to leave the site and therefore the event. Everyone is there to provide a fun and memorable event for the girls, please help us to achieve this.
If we feel that these values are not being met then we may ask your side, or club if we are unable to identify the specific person from your club, to leave the site.
