W7s was built on the kindness of volunteers and, for the 9+ years that it has been running, it still relies on kindness. Some of the roles, which we have to sub-contract, still rely on their kindness in the shape of offering us very reasonable, or even discounted, prices. Especially those who return year after year because they love what we do and the environment that we create for those who attend and those who work with us.
We also offer work experience for those studying event management or sports business. It is a great way to gain experience in a supportive environment.
Here are just some of the roles that we have available;
Build Team
Rome wasn't built in a day and neither is W7s. We need a small group of people who can help put up tents and barriers, unload the van and load up the bar and snack shack and a few other jobs to help the site be ready for the hundreds of attendees. Click here to register your interest in joining us.
