One thing that Woody is most proud of is having an all female referee team who are part of the volunteer group. He’s proud because they show the girls on the pitch, and those females on the side-line, that there are more roles in rugby than just playing it. He’s also proud because the referees are more than just addons to the event as they are part of the planning in regards to everything that happens on the pitch.

We are always on the look out for new volunteers, either to make the group bigger or to step in when some of the regulars take a break to take part in their own clubs May bank holiday activities. Matches will take place on Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th May but accommodation will be available from Friday 2nd until Monday 5th May.
